New features:

- Enhancements sharing functionality:
- When a user wishes to share a file, permissions can now be set. For example, one can determine whether the file may only be read or also edited and downloaded.
- Files can now also be shared with external parties via a link and via mail. Optionally, a validity period can be given to determine how long the file remains accessible.
- Bulk actions: users now have the ability to perform certain actions (change the certain metadata, move, copy, download and delete), for multiple files at once.
- When a user wishes to share a file, permissions can now be set. For example, one can determine whether the file may only be read or also edited and downloaded.
Solutions and improvements
- Personal view per library: Each user can determine per library which columns he wishes to see and in what order they are displayed. These changes were possible before, but from now on they will also be saved. Ditto for the chosen sorting and number of items per page. Additionally, the chosen order is also maintained in the filter menu and both when adding and modifying metadata of files.
- It should be clearer for the user which metadata fields are already filled in and which are not when searching and uploading a document in the legacy filter box.
- Improvements in the document view. Titles of columns and text content should only contain one line. If the text cannot be displayed in full, from now on it will be abbreviated by '...'.
- Document preview problems
- Svg images that could not be displayed in the tile structure
