I cannot install the application, what is the problem?

After you purchase a particular app, you will receive an email explaining more about the necessary installation steps. These steps should be done by someone with the role of “Global administrator” in your organization. You may not have sufficient privileges to proceed in any of the installation steps. More information regarding the installation can also be found on the “Getting Started” page. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact us. This can be done via email or Teams.
